INLEXIS Counseling & Consulting, PLLC

Individual Counseling

What types of challenges do you specialize in treating?

I work with adults (18+) navigating professional burnout, high-functioning anxiety, life transitions, BIPOC/cultural/identity issues, and career or relational stress. My clinical style is collaborative and evidence-based, integrating cognitive-behavioral, strengths-based, and systems-focused approaches to help you build sustainable insight and emotional resilience. I do not provide couple/relationship or family therapy services.

Do you offer in-person or virtual sessions?

Services are only provided virtually via a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform for clients residing anywhere in Washington State. Telehealth offers maximum flexibility without sacrificing depth, allowing you to engage in care from the comfort and privacy of your own space. Clients MUST be located in Washington state during sessions.

Do you accept insurance, or are you private pay?

I accept select insurance plans through my partnership with Headway, which manages client billing, eligibility verification, and claims processing. If you wish to use insurance, we will verify your specific coverage and copay prior to our first session. Go to "Payments" page for more information.

What can I expect during our initial consultation or first session?

Our first conversation is designed to assess fit. We will discuss what is bringing you to therapy, what you hope to achieve, and how my style aligns with your goals. The initial intake session dives into your history, current stressors, and foundational priorities so we can map out a collaborative treatment plan.

Frequently Asked Questions

Clinical Supervision (coming 2027)

Who is eligible for clinical supervision with you?

I am a Washington State Approved Supervisor with over 4 years of supervisory experience. I provide contracted (non-employer) clinical supervision for associate-level mental health counselors working toward full licensure in Washington State. Clinicians must have an active LMHCA, LMFTA, or LSWAIC, in good standing. Intern opportunities are not supported at this time.

What is your supervisory philosophy?

My supervision framework balances reflective clinical development with professional sustainability. We focus on sharpening diagnostic and intervention skills, ethical practice, countertransference awareness, and establishing healthy professional boundaries to prevent early-career burnout.

Is supervision conducted individually or in a group setting?

Both formats may be available depending on current cohort openings and your specific licensure requirements. All sessions are conducted virtually via Google Meet, on a scheduled, consistent cadence with structured documentation to track your supervised clinical hours.

Consultation (coming 2027)

What is Industrial-Organizational (I-O) informed consulting?

I-O consulting applies the science of human behavior to workplace dynamics. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all executive coaching, I leverage evidence-based frameworks—such as the Job Demands-Resources model—to evaluate leadership strain, mitigate burnout, strengthen leadership development, optimize team communication, and foster sustainable organizational culture.

How does consulting differ from individual therapy? While both leverage psychological insights, therapy focuses on clinical diagnosis, personal healing, and mental wellness. Leadership consulting focuses on professional performance, systems assessment, role-clarity, leadership effectiveness, and workplace culture. These services are kept strictly distinct. Current clients are explicitly exempt from receiving concurrent services.

How do we get started on an organizational project? Consulting engagements begin with a discovery call to evaluate need: individual, team, or organization. From there we will explore your organization’s or leadership team's specific objectives and pain points to develop a tailored proposal outlining scope, deliverables, assessments, and project milestones.
